Description

SEA LIFE Bangkok is an aquarium in the Siam Paragon shopping mall with more than 30,000 marine animals. The centrepiece is a 270-degree underwater tunnel, and interactive displays and educational programmes cover marine conservation.

Nice aquarium but smaller than I expected. Check the feeding times when you get there, we missed the penguins.

Know before you go

  • Show your mobile ticket at the ticket counter.
  • SEA LIFE Bangkok is usually open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, with last entry at 7:00 pm.
  • Shows and feeding times run throughout the day. Check the schedule when you arrive.
  • Smoking, food, drinks and pets aren't allowed inside, and flash photography is banned in some areas.
  • Once you leave, you can't re-enter.
  • The aquarium is wheelchair and stroller accessible and has wheelchairs for rent. Carers of visitors with disabilities get in free.
  • Extra health and safety measures, such as temperature checks, masks or social distancing, may be in place.

The tunnel is the best bit, sharks swimming right over your head. We were done in about 90 minutes and went shopping after.
